Psalm 23
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want
He makes me lie down in green pastures
He leads me beside still waters
He restores my soul.
There are times when I don’t believe,
When I can’t conceive that anyone loves me.
There are times when I wonder why you don’t hear my cry.
Can anyone comfort me?
But in these times I fall down and pray.
The Lord is my shepherd……
There are nights I feel like crying,
I feel like dying. Will anyone hold me?
There are days I don’t know what to do,
I just can’t find you.
Will anyone love me?
